Vietnam-based Boviet Solar Technology Co. Ltd. has achieved US EPA Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP) compliance for select PV modules through TÜV SÜD, meeting stringent US environmental regulations. This certification ensures that Boviet’s modules do not leach harmful substances like arsenic or mercury. The company has also secured European Union REACH, RoHS, and TSCA certifications, affirming its commitment to global standards. According to Boviet, its modules, which integrate high-efficiency PERC and TOPCon cell technologies, enhance energy capture and reduce the carbon footprint. According to the company, these achievements align with its Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) protocols, ensuring transparency and sustainability.
