Axpo plans 45 MW Alpine solar duo

Axpo plans two alpine solar projects in Ilanz/Glion, totaling 45 MWp. Anticipated to produce 66 GWh annually, equivalent to powering over 14,000 households, the projects—named “Ovra Solara Camplauns” (15 MW) and “Ovra Solara Rueun” (30 MW)—prioritize integration with the local environment. Construction is slated to commence in spring 2025, with partial commissioning expected by late 2025.
