Autowell signed a purchase contract with Trina Solar Co., Ltd. for approximately 97 million yuan. Autowell's wholly-owned subsidiary, Wuxi Autowell Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., signed a purchase contract with Trina USA, a subsidiary of Trina Solar, for about 113 million yuan. The total contract value for Autowell and its wholly-owned subsidiaries in this deal is around 210 million yuan including taxes. The sold equipment includes all-in-one marking and welding machines.
