Agile Energy, an Australian C&I renewable-energy platform, has announced a strategic equity investment from Five V Capital and the Clean Energy Finance Corporation. The funding supported Agile Energy’s plan to deliver more than 200 MW of solar and battery projects under long-term PPAs. Agile Energy had already deployed over 50 MW of assets across multiple customer sectors. The new capital enabled the company to expand its development pipeline and operate distributed clean-energy systems without upfront customer expenditure. Five V Capital and the CEFC provided institutional backing to scale Agile Energy’s national rollout. Agile Energy stated that demand from businesses for secure, low-cost clean energy had increased, and the investment strengthened the company’s ability to deliver fully bankable solutions.
