China-based Astronergy’s ASTRO N7s ZBB-TOPCon PV modules have achieved three TÜV NORD certifications, demonstrating their durability under extreme conditions. The modules earned the world’s first UVID-Free certification for ultra-low degradation during UV exposure, with UV120 irradiation at 120kWh/m². They also passed the IEC TS 63126 Level 2 Extended High Temperature test, which involved rigorous thermal cycling and hot spot tests at temperatures up to 110℃, exceeding standard testing requirements. Additionally, the modules secured the IEC 62892 Extended Thermal Cycling certificate after enduring 392 cycles between -40℃ and 110℃. These certifications confirm the modules' suitability for harsh environments, such as deserts and high-temperature industrial rooftops, ensuring long-term stability and reliability.
