China-based Astronergy’s ASTRO N7s ZBB-TOPCon PV modules have achieved three TÜV NORD certifications, demonstrating their durability under extreme conditions. The modules earned the world’s first UVID-Free certification for ultra-low degradation during UV exposure, with UV120 irradiation at 120kWh/m². They also passed the IEC TS 63126 Level 2 Extended High Temperature test, which involved rigorous thermal cycling and hot spot tests at temperatures up to 110, exceeding standard testing requirements. Additionally, the modules secured the IEC 62892 Extended Thermal Cycling certificate after enduring 392 cycles between -40 and 110. These certifications confirm the modules' suitability for harsh environments, such as deserts and high-temperature industrial rooftops, ensuring long-term stability and reliability.
