Astronergy has secured a notable win in China National Petroleum Corporation’s (CNPC) centralized procurement project. The company secured 1.05 GW of the total 7 GW capacity auctioned, accounting for 15% of the project. It will supply its Astro N n-type TOPCon PV modules as part of the order. Astronergy had previously secured 2.45 GW capacity in CNPC’s 2023 bidding projects. The company boasts an average cell efficiency of 26.15% in mass production and laboratory efficiency of 26.9%. Looking ahead to 2024, the company aims to reach 55 GW of n-type TOCon cell capacity and 75 GW of module capacity.
