Apraava signs PPA for 300MW solar project in Rajasthan

India-based Apraava Energy has secured a 300 MW greenfield PV project in Rajasthan after winning a bid in NTPC’s e-reverse auction. This project is scheduled to be completed within 24 months and will be connected to the interstate transmission system (ISTS) . Apraava signed a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with NTPC Limited at a tariff of INR 2.65 per kWh. This project is also part of NTPC’s larger goal of setting up 1,500 MW ISTS-connected PV projects across India. Apraava will be responsible for the construction, ownership, and operation of the plant.
