Amshore Renewable Energy has announced the Route 66 Solar + Battery Project in Texas, securing 1,500 acres for sustainable development while engaging with the local community. The project appeals to draw interest from investors and businesses eyeing renewable energy growth and aims to offer dual interconnection possibilities in ERCOT and/or SPP markets, with a capacity of 150 to 200 MW per line. The region boasts a solar potential averaging 5.25-5.50 kWh/m2/day, with no environmental concerns identified. Open to utility companies and independent power producers, this initiative contributes to North America’s renewable energy expansion.
