TOYO Co., Ltd, a Japan-based solar solutions company, has announced a polysilicon supply agreement. The company has signed a sales contract with a US polysilicon manufacturer. The agreement secures domestically produced polysilicon for TOYO’s solar manufacturing operations. The supply arrangement adds US material to TOYO’s non-Foreign Entity of Concern overseas sourcing. The contract has a stated duration of one year. The supplied polysilicon will support TOYO’s solar cell manufacturing in Ethiopia. The material will also be used for module production in the US. TOYO has stated the agreement strengthens supply stability and regulatory alignment. The announcement does not disclose contract volumes, pricing terms, or total procurement value.
