US based Tigo Energy has introduced the TS4-A-O solar module optimizer designed for photovoltaic systems with modules up to 725 W. The device is part of the TS4 Flex MLPE platform and is available as an add-on unit or integrated junction box base. It enables system optimization for installations with uneven string lengths, mixed orientations or shading conditions. The optimizer includes Predictive IV Technology to improve module performance and identify mismatched modules. It also provides module-level monitoring and supports rapid shutdown requirements under US NEC 2014, 2017, and 2020 standards.The device works wirelessly with Tigo’s TAP and CCA communication units and carries a 25-year warranty.
