US-based Tigo Energy has expanded its EI Residential solar-plus-storage portfolio in the Czech Republic after receiving PPDS P4 certification for its three-phase EI Inverters. This approval is required for grid connection under Czech regulations aligned with European Commission standards. The certified system includes modular inverters, battery storage, the EI Link for system integration, and options for EV charging and heat pump control. According to Tigo Energy, nearly 107 MW of its MLPE units were deployed in the country in 2024. The company has also improved installation and maintenance efficiency through tools developed under its Green Glove Service Program. These updates support Czech installers with faster commissioning and streamlined energy management for homeowners using Tigo’s integrated solar and storage systems.
