Enphase Energy, Inc., a US-based energy technology company, has been named in a proposed securities class action lawsuit. The case titled Tripathi v. Enphase Energy, Inc., No. 26-cv-01380 has been filed in Northern District of California, according to the notice. The complaint alleges violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 tied to disclosure practices and channel inventory management statements. It states that Enphase Energy has disclosed elevated channel inventory and expectations of lower battery storage shipments. The filing has also noted that termination of the Residential Clean Energy Credit under Internal Revenue Code Section 25D could affect revenues. According to the complaint, Enphase Energy stock was reported to have fallen more than 15% following these disclosures.
