US-based solar project developer, Redeux Energy has secured a $30 million revolving letter of credit(LOC) facility from Macquarie to support its 7 GW utility-scale solar pipeline. The funding will cover interconnection and PPA-related development expenses across ERCOT, MISO, CAISO, SERC, and WECC. The facility enables project advancement amid rising interconnection costs following FERC Order 2023 reforms. Redeux has sold 700 MW of solar and hybrid assets to date and is marketing 1.5 GW of solar capacity for closure in late 2025. Artola Capital Partners and Holland & Hart advised Redeux, while Macquarie was advised by Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
