Norway based Otovo has entered into a letter of intent to acquire EnergyAid for an enterprise value of approximately $10 million. The consideration will include a mix of cash and new Otovo shares. California based EnergyAid focuses on residential solar diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and system upgrades. The company has served around 60,000 homes and maintains about 8,000 active customers. EnergyAid reported approximately USD 18.7 million in revenue in 2025, reflecting 20% growth year on year. Its subscription service has reached roughly 2,800 members. The transaction, subject to due diligence and financing conditions, will strengthen Otovo’s position in California and support expansion in Arizona and Nevada.
