GreenSpark Solar, a US-based community solar EPC, and Encore Renewable Energy, a US-based renewable energy developer and asset owner, have completed a 13 MW DC agrivoltaic community solar portfolio across the US. The portfolio includes Constable Solar at 3.8 MW DC in Constable, NY, Boardman Hill Solar at 2.9 MW DC in West Rutland, Vermont, and Danyow Solar at 6.3 MW DC in Sheldon, Vermont. Constable Solar and Boardman Hill Solar were completed in Q4 2025, while Danyow Solar was completed in Q1 2026 and has received 'Permission to Operate' with phased production underway. The completion marks Encore’s first completed solar project in New York State and GreenSpark Solar’s first completed projects in Vermont. The portfolio was delivered under an EPC partnership in which Encore originated and developed the projects before transferring turnkey construction to GreenSpark Solar, while retaining long-term ownership of the assets.
