Argentina-based Genneia, a provider of energy solutions, has announced the early commissioning of 140 MW at the San Rafael Solar Park in Mendoza province. The project is planned to reach a total installed capacity of 180 MW and includes about 400,000 solar panels. San Rafael Solar Park is identified as one of the larger solar projects in Argentina. The facility supplies electricity to private clients under the Renewable Energy Term Market (MATER). The project forms part of Genneia’s investments in Mendoza, which exceed $400 million.
