GameChange Energy Technologies, a US-based energy infrastructure company, has announced its acquisition of Terrasmart’s Electrical Balance of Systems (eBOS) division. The acquired eBOS portfolio has delivered pre-engineered, pre‑fabricated electrical systems connecting PV modules, inverters, and downstream equipment with over 14 GW deployed.The eBOS portfolio includes a U.S. manufacturing facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan and will operate within GameChange Energy’s platform alongside trackers, racking, transformers, and grid-equipment offerings. According to the announcement, existing teams and facilities have remained in place, allowing customers to continue working through established operational structures. The acquisition reflects increasing project complexity and longer interconnection timelines, which are described as drivers for integrated electrical solutions.
