California-based EnergyAid, a solar service provider, has acquired the intellectual property of Titan Solar Power following its Chapter 7 bankruptcy. The move aimed at supporting former Titan customers and followed EnergyAid’s earlier acquisitions of Sunworks and Solcius. By incorporating Titan’s monitoring network into its platform, EnergyAid expanded its remote monitoring capabilities to improve diagnostics, enable early issue detection, and deliver efficient repair services for thousands of affected homeowners. The company, active in California and Arizona, has been assisting customers impacted by solar company closures. In April 2025, EnergyAid also launched a new membership program offering system monitoring, remote troubleshooting, and discounted repair services.
