ECER operates from Shirley, Massachusetts, and provides electronics recycling services across the East Coast. The company has stated that it is expanding its acceptance network and logistics support to serve organizations managing solar panel disposal and equipment retirement projects. The services are intended to support commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar installations, as well as solar developers, EPC contractors, and operations providers.
