Cypress Creek Renewables’ 160 MW Carriger Solar project in Washington State received approval from the Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council (EFSEC).This recommends the project to Governor Bob Ferguson for final consideration. The approval follows nearly eight years of planning and environmental studies, including 28 months of formal EFSEC review. The project is located on largely unirrigated private land and doesn'taffect on environmental or cultural resources. Cypress Creek expressed gratitude for stakeholder engagement and EFSEC’s leadership, highlighting the project’s alignment with local zoning and its role in providing clean, reliable power.
