CleanCapital acquires 27 MW solar portfolio from Pacifico Energy

US-based CleanCapital has acquired a 27.3 MW solar and 25.2 MWh energy storage portfolio from Pacifico Energy, expanding its distributed energy footprint in Massachusetts and California. The portfolio includes two solar and storage projects under the Massachusetts SMART program and four behind-the-meter solar and storage projects in California. The assets supply electricity through local programs and power purchase agreements with commercial, industrial, and municipal customers. The transaction reflects CleanCapital’s continued focus on distributed generation and energy storage operations across key US markets.
