Ameresco, a US-based energy infrastructure solutions provider, has reported its FY2025 financial results and fourth quarter performance. According to the report, revenue was $1,932.1 million, compared with $1,769.9 million in FY2024, reflecting continued project backlog conversion. Adjusted EBITDA reached $237.2 million during FY2025 while net income attributable to common shareholders totaled $44.3 million. Fourth quarter revenue was $581.0 million compared with $532.7 million in the previous year period. Net income attributable to common shareholders was $18.4 million while GAAP EPS reached $0.34 and Non-GAAP EPS reached $0.39. The company placed 87 MWe of energy assets into operation during 2025 and reported total operating assets of 838 MWe. Total project backlog increased to $5,039 million while total revenue visibility exceeded $10,364 million. Management expects FY2026 revenue between $2.0 billion and $2.2 billion with adjusted EBITDA between $270 million and $295 million.
