Altus Power, a US based commercial-scale power company has announced the acquisition of 105 MW of in-construction solar assets from Cordelio Power. The portfolio comprised of four ground-mounted projects located in New York State. The four projects have entered 20-year Renewable Energy Standard contracts with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, providing long-term revenue visibility. The assets support renewable electricity supply in New York under the state’s existing policy framework. The transaction involved late-stage assets acquired from a development partner divesting non-core holdings or recycling capital. Altus Power owns and operates a portfolio of more than 1.3 GW of commercial-scale assets across more than 600 projects in 30 states and the District of Columbia.
