AIIMS Guwahati has released an Expression of Interest for a 2 MW solar power project under the Renewable Energy Service Company (RESCO) model. The project involves the design, supply, installation, commissioning, O&M of the system, with electricity supplied under a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement at a pre-agreed tariff. AIIMS will provide the land and necessary clearances, while the selected bidder will manage investments, procurement, and maintenance. Bidders must have completed at least two similar projects (1 MW capacity) in the past seven years and demonstrate an annual turnover of at least INR 100 crores. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for January 10, 2025, and the EOI submission deadline is January 28, 2025. Tender documents are available for free, and no Earnest Money Deposit is required for participation.
