Aggreko Energy Transition Solutions (ETS), a division of Aggreko, has acquired Infiniti Energy, a US-based commercial and industrial solar company, from Upper Bay Infrastructure Partners. This strategic move significantly boosts Aggreko’s distributed solar capabilities, encompassing 12 MW of operational solar assets, 22 MW of solar projects ready for construction, and a robust pipeline of onsite decarbonization initiatives. According to company statements, the acquisition strengthens Aggreko’s footprint in East Coast markets and enhances internal capabilities in PPA origination and turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction management. By integrating resources, Aggreko ETS aims to provide comprehensive EPC services and sustainable energy solutions through extended PPA offerings to a wider audience.
