AFRY leads construction of Bacolod solar plant

Amatera Renewable Energy Corporation (ARECO), based in the Philippines, has enlisted AFRY as the owner’s engineer for The Vista Alegre, a 65 MW utility-scale solar power initiative in Bacolod. AFRY’s responsibilities include project management, design review, and overseeing construction and commissioning, including integration with the 69 kV Bacolod substation. ARECO, now part of B.Grimm Solar Power Inc., benefits from AFRY’s extensive expertise, derived from over 500 solar projects of AFRY worldwide, totaling more than 90 GW in capacity.
