Trilantic Europe, a prominent private equity firm, acquires a 60% stake in AEROCOMPACT Group, a leading solar mounting solutions provider, in a strategic move to boost international growth. Founder Mathias Muther retains a 40% stake. AEROCOMPACT, rooted in Austria, already have installations in over 50 countries. Trilantic Europe sees this as an opportunity aligned with its energy transition investment philosophy, expressing confidence in accelerating growth and sustainability commitments. The transaction is pending approval from relevant authorities, with AEROCOMPACT advised by William Blair and Turnkey Finance, and Trilantic Europe by Lazard.
