India’s ACME Solar Holdings, through its special purpose vehicle ACME Platinum Urja, has signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) to supply power from a 150 MW hybrid solar project. This capacity is part of the total 350 MW awarded to ACME Solar by SECI. The project, which will integrate energy storage solutions, will be connected to the interstate transmission system via the Tumkur-II substation in Karnataka. ACME Solar is expanding its renewable energy portfolio and has also proposed an Initial Public Offering (IPO) as part of its growth strategy. The IPO is subject to necessary approvals and market conditions.
